Shipping & Returns

Most of the items supplied by APAS LTD will be shipped FREE of postage charges. Larger items will be charged in accordance to the shipping rates displayed on the shipping advice for the product. You are then advised to use the SHIPPING ESTIMATOR to establish any shipping charge that maybe applicable.
 

RETURNS & REFUNDS
At APAS LTD we hope you are happy with your quality purchase. If you have questions or concerns about your purchase or intended purchase, please contact APAS LTD who will be happy to help in any way possible.
In the unlikely event you need to return an item,  it should be returned by post or courier at your expense, whereon, we will be happy to offer a refund as long as it is within 28 days of the date of delivery, in its original packaging, and in a good condition, with your proof of purchase. After 28 days have elapsed APAS LTD normally only replace goods, or refund at our discretion depending on the circumstances. 
We recommend that you use a tracking service with proof of posting is advised.
Please do not forget to also insert a copy of your invoice in your parcel with details explaining your need for a refund.
 

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS (2002) 
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 if you are not a company. You have a right to cancel a contract within 14 days staring from the day after you take delivery of the goods (cooling off period). You have the right to cancel the contract for any reason without penalty, however the return of any goods must be made at your own expense. All goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sold to you. You have a legal obligation under this act to ensure the safety and condtion of the returned product, therefore tracking and insurance would be required for your protection.


FAULTY ITEMS
The postage requirement for the return of FAULTY items is identical to REFUND items except in addtion you need to give a written explaination of the items fault. If an item is being returned as faulty we advise you to return it as soon as possible. For faulty items we will examine them on return and were applicable a refund or replacement will be actioned.
